Storm Window Installation – 2017

Old World Wood Working handcrafted storm windows for the Heritage Hall. The storm windows increased the energy efficiency of the building and preserved the original windows from the 1880’s.
Heritage Plaque Designation- 2014

Mayor Karen Farbridge presented the Guelph Black Heritage Society volunteers with the heritage designation plaque. The City of Guelph has designated 83 Essex Street as a property of cultural heritage due to its association with the historical Black community in Guelph and Wellington County.
