Dear Mr. Jewell,
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the Edith Rose Brooks
Memorial Scholarship that was awarded to me. With the cost of education, receiving any
money is nice, but to be given something to acknowledge my personal achievements is
an honour. Hard work is not always rewarded, so it is always a pleasure when it is
recognized.
The scholarship is greatly appreciated, and will be put into good use in my future education
in music here at Huntington College. I’m sure it will come in need in the near future.
It was a pleasure and an honour to accept the Edith Rose Brooks Memorial Scholarship.
