In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the GBHS hosted a socially-distanced celebration in Exhibition Park on August 01, 2020. Attendees celebrated with us and enjoyed drumming, dancing, spoken word and cultural foods. Guests learned Caribbean dance movements from Kween, enjoyed African drum performances by Jeffrey Cummings, Gerima Harvey and Emmitt Leacock and danced to the music of DJ Ess.
